Liability Waiver, Express Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability

 

The Women's Healing Collective provides online coaching, workshops, guides, audio and video tutorials, and informative social media content.  The services provided by The Women's Healing Collective are not provided by all Licensed Therapist, but rather by a mix of Clinical Psychologists and Certified Coaches; however, these services are not intended to be a substitute for the advice and/or treatment by your health care providers; nor are these services to be received as mental health treatment. Furthermore, the needs of each member are unique, and no service provided by The Women's Healing Collective is intended to replace the advice of a healthcare professional.

In reading this waiver, you further confirm that:

1. ​Acting on behalf of yourself, and to the extent allowed by law, you hereby waive and agree to release any claims or liability which you, your child, or your child’s heirs and successors may have or believe to have against The Women's Healing Collective and its officers, employees, or agents for any injuries, losses or damages to you, your child, your child’s personal property and your personal property.

2. You agree to be responsible for, indemnify, and hold harmless The Women's Healing Collective from and against any claims, suits, judgments, or costs which may be brought against The Women's Healing Collective, its officers, directors, employees or agents for the actual or alleged acts or omissions of you or your child.

 

In reading the above Liability Waiver, Express Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability in its entirety, you freely and voluntarily assume all risks of such Injuries and Damages and notwithstanding such risks, and you agree to participate in the services and workshops provided by The Women's Healing Collective.
